I'm French; therefore I cook

Ingredients:

- 5 eggs

- 500g flour

- 1 liter of milk

- a pinch of salt

Instruments required:

- Mixing bowl

- Fouette (sorry, don't know the name in English)

- Wooden spoon (for looks, never used)

Labor requirements:

- 30 students from moyenne section

- 6 parents

- 1 intern

Instructions:

Destroy eggs on side of bowl (1 per student);

measure flour, place in bowl, and on desk, and on floor, and in hair, and on papa's sweater;

pour milk, anywhere you please;

add pinch of salt, a kilo is will do too;

stir so that mix climbs over the walls of the bowl and joins flour all over desk;

eat raw mix;

get sick;

watch in wonder as papa pours raw concoction into an  empty water bottle;

go home and ask Corina to cook 20 crêpes;

take back to school in afternoon and eat, do not share product with papa (he is only invited to act as a sous-chef).

NB: Those who have seen Ratatouille, and know papa's folic deficiency, will appreciate that pulling his hair was not an option.

Check out the big crêpe adventure here: Thank my lucky Michelin stars!

What a great idea to keep kids busy in school!!!! I wouldn't want to be there to clean that mess, but it really looks like fun. ... I would really like to have one of those crepes, though!! yummy!
